Architecture before
tool selection.
The right technology is the one that makes the system dependable, explainable and ready for its next stage.
Experience
The interfaces people use
Application
The workflows and product logic
Data
The structured context a system needs
Intelligence
Models, retrieval and decision support
Automation
Actions that move the work forward

operating stage.
A familiar tool is useful only if the team can operate it and the surrounding system remains understandable.
Start with the requirements that change the decision: who uses the system, which data it touches, how it connects to current software, what must be reviewed by a person and how failures are noticed. Then compare implementation options against the team's skills, hosting constraints and expected maintenance.
For AI work, record the selected provider, data-retention settings, permitted sources and review path. For automation, specify credentials, retries, alerts and how an interrupted workflow can be recovered. For SaaS changes, document the affected path and how a release is tested before production.
These are evaluation questions, not a claim that every platform or feature is included in every engagement. Tool choice and architecture are confirmed in a project scope after access, compliance and operating responsibilities are understood.
